Apple Walnut Bread

Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup shredded apples
1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x5 inch bread pan. Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and walnuts. In a large bowl, beat margarine, sugar, and 1egg until smooth. Beat in second egg and stir in vanilla.
Stir in shredded apples. Pour flour mixture into batter and stir until moistened. Spread into bread pan. Bake for 50 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes and then remove from pan.
