Beer Barbeque Sauce

Recipe Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped
1 stick butter
3 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 cup of chili sauce
1 & 1/2 cups chicken stock
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. horseradish sauce
1/2 tsp. yellow mustard
juice of 1/2 half of a lemon.
1 can of beer
1 red pepper
Creole seasoning to taste
Tabasco sauce, or cayenne pepper (to taste)

Take a large pot and cook the onion and garlic in the butter until clear, and then add the remainder of the ingredients. Throw in the lemon half.
Bring to a soft boil, then simmer about 20 minutes.
