Chocolate Cocunut Pie

Recipe Ingredients:
1 package (4-oz.) of baker's german sweet chocolate
1/4 cup of butter or margarine
1 can (13-oz.) of evaporated milk
1 cup of sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 - 9" pie shell with a high rim, unbaked
1 1/3 cup of baker's angel flake coconut
1/2 cup of chopped pecans

Preparation:
Stir chocolate and butter over low heat until melted and
smooth. Remove; blend in evaporated milk and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla; blend in chocolate. Pour into pie shell; top with coconut and nuts. Bake at 375~ for 45 to 50 mins., or until top is puffed. (Filling will set while cooling). Cool for 4 hrs.
