Pizza Mediterraneo

Recipe Ingredients:
Tomato puree, 250 g
Buffalo mozzarella, 250 g
Pitted black olives
Pickled capers
Basil
Chilly olive oil

Preparation:
Make the dough and place it in a kitchen towel to rise for one hour. Spread the dough, divide into 4 relatively thin disks: cover them with tomato puree and slices of mozzarella, a few black olives and some drained capers. Add a pinch of salt to each pizza and place in an oven at 200C for 20 minutes.
Serve the pizzas with basil leaves and some fresh olive oil.
A rich variance would be to top the pizza not just with tomato and black olives but also with anchovies, slices of onions, and sliced garlic.
